There are numerous opportunities that are not listed, but would allow our Brothers and Sisters to help move the Local forward. Our Union Meetings are on the fourth Monday of every month at 6 p.m
UA Local 146 Jurisdiction
Local 146 proudly serves the Greater Fort Worth area as the premier supplier of the best trained and most skilled piping industry workforce. The Brothers and Sisters, journeymen and apprentices, who are members of Local 146, work on various piping industry projects within our jurisdiction.
About Local 146’s History
For over a century, the men and women who were members of what is today Local 146 demonstrated the power of collective bargaining.
In exchange for providing signatory contractors with a hard day’s work, these piping industry members receive excellent wages, good full-family health insurance, great retirement benefits and the ability to work on safe jobsites. Today, this legacy lives on as our Collective Bargaining Agreement allows our members to provide for their families while continuing to provide the region with the best-trained and most highly skilled pipefitters, plumbers and welders in the area. Local 146 Signatory Contractors
UA Local 146 takes pride in having a good working relationship with our contractors. We are thankful for our contractors, who help fund our JATC. Their dedication to employing a highly skilled and highly trained workforce is second to none. Furthermore, they strongly believe in safety and expect their employees to follow all safety guidelines. This ensures all of our members return home safely to their families at the end of each shift.
